Below is the schedule as we know it today.  It will probably undergo some minor tweaking as the weeks progress.  Please note time changes from previous years on some items. Schedule may be changed as we get closer to the reunion time.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS 

THURSDAY:

8:00AM TO 7:00PM - Registration out front of Salon A. Please be sure to wear your badge around your neck at all times so that it can be seen by security.
 
8:00 AM  to 10:00 PM - Salon A & B open for meet & greet. The Breakfast Bar will be open at 8:00 AM with coffee and doughnuts. Adult beverages will be served starting at 9:00 AM
 
Lunch - Everyone on their own

Enjoy meeting with your friends in the Hospitality Room
(Salon A & B)!!  Take pictures with the "Fun Frame" and Fun Banners! 

Dinner - Everyone on their own
 
Thursday evening until about 11:00 PM we will be in the hospitality room with music and dancing , as we renew our friendships with the classmates who have arrived. (Bar will close at 10:00 PM) ** Note ** No beverages on the dance floor. 

FRIDAY:

8:00AM TO 7:00PM-Registration in front of Salon A.Check tickets daily to against cork board to see if you have won a prize. 
 
8:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Salon A & B open for meet & greet. The Breakfast Bar will open at 8:00 with coffee and doughnuts. 
Adult beverages will be available at 9:00 AM. 

10:00AM to 3:00PM Silent Auction with Holly Howell McGinnis outside of Salon A/B.  Please be sure to post your phone number so you can be contacted if you are the highest bidder.

11:00 AM until it is done - Singles  "Corn Hole" on the beach with Randy Zimtbaum and Greg McGinnis.

** CM Blume Jewelry will be for sale on Friday and Saturday.  Go visit Liz Miller Ostrow and Candy Miller Blume for some bling in suites 317 and 318. Anyone attending the reunion can receive a 15% discount on their purchases. 

Lunch: Everyone on their own. 

1:00 PM to 2:30 PM - Bingo in Salon B with June and Junior Loftin.  

2:30 PM to 5:00 PM - Jam Session with Dennis McCorkle and classmates.  Contact Dennis if you would like to participate. 

3:00 PM - Pick up and pay for Silent Auction Items outside of Salon A/B. 

4:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Shrimp Feast- Cost separate from registration – behind Fat Harold’s.  Menu will be peel your own shrimp, corn on the cob and slaw.  Tea/water will be available.  Other beverages will be available inside Fat Harold’s at Happy Hour Prices.

DINNER - Everyone on their own - 
This evening has been left open for friends and family groups to get together.  

8:30 PM until.. - Entertainment at Fat Harold's from Johnny B in the back room.  Be sure to take your badges! -  Or you can enjoy dancing to tunes spun by Pam Huskey at the Hospitality room until 11:00. (Bar will close at 10:00) ** Note ** No Beverages on the dance floor. 

SATURDAY:

College Day:  Wear Colors of your favorite college in the Hospitality Room on Saturday!

 
8:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Registration out front of Salon A
 
8:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Salon A & B open for meet & greet. The Breakfast Bar will open at 8:00 AM with coffee and doughnuts. 
Adult beverages will be available at 9:00 AM

10:30 AM  - Pictures in the hospitality room.  We will start at 10:30 AM starting with class of 1960.  Please head to the hospitality room and wait for your class to be called. We would love to have all classmates this year in the class pictures. 

Veterans picture will be after group pictures, then there will be a short meeting with Becky Crouse.
No re-dos on pictures so please be on time to have picture with your group.

12:00 PM until it is done - Doubles "Corn Hole"  and Finals on the Beach with Randy Zimtbaum and Greg McGinnis. 

1:00 PM to 2:30 PM - Bingo in Salon B with June and Junior Loftin.

Dinner - Everyone is on their own - then head back for more fun!!

Bar in Hospitality Room will close at 6:00 PM to allow for clean up. 
 

 In The Spanish Galleon:

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Veteran's Tribute.  The Little River American Legion Post 186 will be the Honor Guard for the Veteran's Salute. They are sponsored by TRT Trailer Sales, Danny Pickens, Becky Crouse, Thomas Froneberger, and Robbie Robbins.

8:00 PM-8:30 PM - Awards and gifts for Corn Hole and drawings.  

8:30 PM until  ? Band -  Blackwater https://blackwaterband.com/

 Turn in your badges - but be sure to keep your room key and anything else you put in with your badge .
 
SUNDAY:
                     
 9:00 AM - "Good Bye" Ceremony & Blessing by David Hughes in the Hospitality Room.  Please plan to attend to say goodbye to your classmates.
