Carol Caskey Conner

Carol Caskey Conner, age 74, of Lincolnton, passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at Vesuvius Vineyards.  The service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Tim Roberts officiating.  

Carol was born March 27, 1947, in Lincoln County, to the late Graham M. Caskey and Frances R. Caskey.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Caskey.  She worked as an administrative secretary for the North Carolina Employment Commission.  

She is survived by her daughter, Lyndsey Conner of Lincolnton (Doug Meier); the love of her life, grandson, Caleb Beard; Ellen Lingerfelt (Wally), Pam Huskey (Tommy), Robin Caskey (Pam), and Jan Caskey; nieces, Jennifer Huskey, Kelsey Lingerfelt (Daniel), Kendall and Kandace Caskey; nephews, Chris Huskey (Lucy), and Kane Lingerfelt.
